OUR GUARANTEE

Every cleaning is guaranteed in writing. Here is exactly what that means.

THE CLEAN

If anything about a visit isn't right, tell us within 30 days. We come back and fix it at no charge. If it still isn't right after the return visit, we refund the cleaning.

THE RAIN TEST

If a run or downspout we cleared overflows or backs up within 14 days of the first half-inch rain after your visit, we come back and clear it free. Text us a photo, or just tell us which run. Your photo report shows what we cleared, so we can find it quickly.

WHAT IT DOESN'T COVER

Problems that were already there, like sagging runs, failed seams, or undersized downspouts, are documented in your photo report so you know about them, but a cleaning can't fix them. Care Plan members get more: if your gutters clog at any point between scheduled visits, we clear them at no charge.
